This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PT. BBB Movement Bali (operating under the brand names "Tempo803" and "Tempo Bali") ("we", "us", or "our"), including class packages, memberships, and retail items.
By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused classes, or scheduling conflicts.
- Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in limited circumstances.
2. Class Packages
- Class packages are non-refundable.
- Class packages are transferable.
- All packages are subject to expiry dates, which will not be extended except at our discretion.
- Unused classes will be forfeited after the expiry date.
3. Memberships
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- If applicable, membership cancellations must follow the notice period stated in your membership agreement.
4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Class credits may be deducted or fees applied in accordance with our booking policy.
5. Medical Exceptions
- In the case of injury or illness, you may request a freeze or extension of your package or membership.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be required.
- Refunds are generally not issued, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Studio Cancellations
- If we cancel a class or service, you will receive:
- A class credit; or
- A rescheduled booking
- Refunds may be issued if no suitable alternative is available.
7. Retail Products
- Retail items (e.g., grip socks) are non-refundable unless defective.
- Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
8. Payment Errors
- If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
- Verified errors will be corrected promptly.
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
- Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
