Terms & Conditions

PT. BBB Movement Bali (operating under the Tempo803 and Tempo Bali brands) ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our") provides Lagree fitness classes and related services. These Terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have parental/guardian consent.

• All classes must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices, packages, and memberships are subject to change at any time.

• Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:
  • Deduction of the class credit; or
  • A cancellation/no-show fee, depending on your package.

• Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time if attending for the first time.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class if more than 5 minutes late, for safety and experience reasons.
• No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals.

• By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
• You must inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to class.
• The Studio reserves the right to refuse participation if it deems it unsafe.

• Participation in Lagree fitness classes involves inherent risks.
• By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempo Lagree is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in classes or use of facilities.

• Grip socks are required for all classes.
• Clients must follow instructor guidance at all times.
• Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients is expected.
• The Studio reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person for inappropriate behavior.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Minimum duration of memberships is three months. Payments are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Memberships must be cancelled by the 15th of the previous month.
• Class packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry dates apply and will not be extended except at the Studio's discretion.

• All content on this website, including branding, logos, and materials, is the property of PT. BBB Movement Bali.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to such processing.

• The Studio reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, and services at any time.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. PT. BBB Movement Bali is the contracting entity for all services provided under the Tempo803 / Tempo Bali brand.
